Cancellation, Rescheduling and Payment Policies

At Metamorphosis Therapy Initiative, we aim to make therapy services accessible and affordable. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule the session. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, rescheduling and concerns related to our services.
1. Reschedule and Cancellation of Appointments
a. We request at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need.
b. If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
c. Should a client arrive 15 minutes or more past the scheduled session start time without prior notice, the session shall be deemed cancelled and the full session fee will be charged.
d. We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel unexpectedly, please contact your therapist and we'll do our best to support you.
2. Fee Structure
a. The therapist may revise the session fee by a small percentage once a year. This adjustment helps support the growth and sustainability of the organisation, fair compensation for the work done, and the pursuit of ongoing professional development.
b. Clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any fee changes.
c. If you have any concerns or questions, you are welcome to discuss them with your individual therapist or contact our team directly on email – hello@metamorphosistherapy.in
d. In case a session extends beyond the scheduled 60 minutes, an additional fee will be charged proportionately, based on the session fee.
3. Scope of this Policy
This policy specifically applies to paid counselling sessions and supervision sessions.
Please note that other services (workshops, group therapy etc) offered by Metamorphosis may have separate policies. For clarification regarding specific services, feel free to reach out to us directly.
4. Policy Updates and Contact
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change at the discretion of Metamorphosis Therapy Initiative. We will update you on any changes within the policy as they are implemented.
